Male/Female bed space available per month. No need for deposit and advance payment. We also accept Transient good for 24 hrs. Time of Entry will be the same time of Exit the next day or you can take advantage of our Per Hour Rate which is suitable for Backpackers who just needed a place to stay for a few hours or just needed a place to freshen up. For couples/Groupies/Family we have a Room for Rent per month/days.
Location is in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the market, Prince Hypermart, Lopues Mall, Church, Plaza, 7/11, Balay Negrense and many more.
Rooms for Rent daily includes 2 double decks (4 person) with mattress and pillow each, One Ceiling fan/Stand Fan. Common Toilet, Cooking Area and Pumping for Laundry. Daily Rate is P499. Additional Person is P99 w/c includes additional Mattress and Pillow.
Bedspace:
-Separate Room for Male/Female
-Double Deck Bed with mattress (pillows not included)
-One sharing ceiling fan/Stand Fan for each room (Male/Female)
-You can bring your own electric fan/rice cooker (included in your monthly payment however there will be an extra fee for other appliances aside from the two mentioned)
-Separate Common Toilet for Male/Female and Cooking Area
-P700/month with no advance/deposit payment required
Transient/Per Hour Stay:
Transient is good for 24 hrs. Time of Entry will be the same time of Exit the next day. Common Room with Sharing Fan. Includes Mattress and pillow. Common Toilet, Dining Area, Cooking Area and pumping for laundry. 24 Hrs is for P149 only.
You can also take advantage of our Per Hour Stay which is suitable for Backpackers who just needed a place to stay for a few hours or just needed a place to freshen up. Common Room with Sharing Fan. Includes Mattress and no pillow unless staying for at least 12 Hrs. Common Toilet, Dining Area, Cooking Area and pumping for laundry. P50 for the first 4 Hrs and P10 for succeeding Hrs.
